Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as per your order:

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp at +91 99107 98663, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a return pickup for the product.

The return package must be securely and adequately packed to avoid further damage during transit.

Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo a quality check to confirm that the issue was due to manufacturing or shipping and not misuse or damage after delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.

In case of missing or incomplete items, the missing parts will be dispatched after verification from our end.

Didn’t Like the Product / Quality Not as Expected / Size Not Suitable / Changed My Mind

We ensure that all products go through a quality check before dispatch. However, since many of our products are art-based or handcrafted:

Slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur.

Product colors displayed on the website may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Handmade paintings may have minor variations due to their artistic nature.

For such return requests:

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.

Return packages must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.

All returned products are subject to inspection and verification.

If the product is not found in its original condition, the return request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping cost borne by the customer).

Any damage during return transit will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

For COD orders, you will be required to share your bank account details for refund processing.

COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.

Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

DIY Painting Kits

If a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) painting kit has been used or opened, it is not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed for unused kits returned with all parts intact, as per the policy conditions.

Order Cancellation

For order cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 99107 98663.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no extra cost, provided the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of placing the order.

No cancellations will be accepted beyond this time window.

For cancellations beyond the allowed period (but before dispatch):


A 20% deduction of the order value will apply as return shipping charges.


For prepaid orders, an additional 3% payment gateway / transaction charge will be deducted.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Product Orders

Custom products are made specifically on customer request and are not part of regular catalog items.

COD is not applicable for custom product orders.

Custom products are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

Replacement will only be provided if the product received is incorrect or damaged.

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.

All returns and refunds are subject to verification and approval by Noworries.

Noworries reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the policy conditions.
