If your delivery location is not serviceable, our Customer Support team will contact you to provide an alternative solution or process a refund.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to the origin.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:
